Learn to soothe your aches and pains while preparing for childbirth and motherhood. Beginners welcome. No previous yoga experience needed.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga Classes - Meet the babies of your prenatal classmates by returning for our postnatal yoga classes. This class is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new mother and baby. Mother must have been cleared for exercise by her doctor. Previous prenatal yoga experience is required.

Yoga for Labor

Yoga Breathing for Birth Workshop - This class teaches you and your support team how to apply yoga breathing and yoga philosophy as comfort measures during labor and birth. Prenatal yoga experience is recommended.
